When an event is missing there are only a handful of places it can get lost.
Start in GTM Preview
Did the tag fire? If not, inspect the trigger conditions on that exact event.
Then the Network tab
Filter by “collect” and read the en parameter of the request.
Finally DebugView
If the hit left the browser but is not in DebugView, check filters and consent state.
